The staff here is welcoming, with fantastic ocean views and a perfect location on the cape near the Courthouse, beach, and community.

The beach was fantastic. We wanted air conditioning and stayed in the Court House. The a/c cannot be controlled by the guest..and they keep it on the warm side. We enjoyed the full breakfast served daily. The location cannot be beat!! We enjoyed it so much!

No air conditionning, but no big deal.

This place boasts a tidy room with a great bathroom and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a balcony 🌅. the view of the ocean from the window is amazing. It's situated in a lovely spot, not too far from Raycroft Beach.

Location of the resort on the beach and easy access to wonderful restaurants and shopping as well as ports to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

I loved the room on lower level, the bed was very comfy. Its location was stunning, very close to Cape Cod and a cozy almost private beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

The breakfast had a good selection of food, and we really enjoyed our stay, looking forward to returning.

NO AC....in this day and age I never even thought to ask if they had AC. It was near 90 degrees and only a fan was provided. I was in a corner room with no breeze coming in. Had a horrid nights sleep! Bed very uncomfortable too!

We stayed at Pelham House Resort in Dennisport for 3 nights and had a lovely time. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. the hotel provided a variety of options for a continental breakfast. the location was fantastic, and the staff was very attentive. Sea View Park was nearby and easily accessible on foot. the service at the resort was exceptional, and we appreciated the free on-site parking as well.

Loved the room on the lower level, my bed was very comfy. - the staff was very helpful and excellent, helped with every request. - the location was amazing and fantastic in a very nice area, close to the ocean, and the beautiful beach.

No complains at all, the venue met expectations. The food at the continental breakfast was great. Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Very helpful staff, gave a lot of information. Location: the hotel was right by a cozy almost private beach, the Courthouse, and restaurants off of the property.

Location was great. On the water, with excellent views. Large clean pool, although despite a thermometer that said it was 80 degrees, it was very chilly - doubt it was heated. Private beach is great. Free full breakfast was tasty. Amenities like tennis court and putting green along with expansive lawn were great for keeping busy. Staff was exceptional.

Because it was most definitely a family hotel there were clearly large family groups staying in more than one unit. A situation that lends itself to those groups "taking over" - also, first floor was convenient for poolside access, but overhead was very loud with children running. One night, large groups had loud fun late into the night. Fortunately for us, we were there on a weekend when the nights were cool as there was no air conditioning and while there was a large box fan provided, there were no outlets near the windows to plug it in.
